If you choose to sync your data with Apple Health, the data is directly written to and read from your device's Health app locally. We do not transmit health data to our servers.

3. No Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics trackers or behavioral advertising networks. The app provides a safe environment focusing entirely on your health data.
